After traveling the world and relocating our family 10 times, courtesy of the US Navy, we finally decided to settle down in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Comprised of 13 seaport cities and 3 counties, Hampton Roads (sometimes called Tidewater) offers its residents and guests numerous and diverse attractions which blend together to create a vibrant and cosmopolitan region.
Only in Hampton Roads will you find all 5 branches of the military working, living, playing and contributing to the dynamics of this region.
Whether you are arriving or departing any of our Hampton Roads Seaport Communities, it would be our pleasure to extend to you our pledge to be your advocate and provide the personal services that we all have learned and trusted as military families who

Helping military families navigate the sea of information and decisions involved in relocating to or from Hampton Roads and buying or selling a home in one of our communities is one of our missions. Dennis:
- Is a Retired Navy Supply Corps Commander with 22 years of active duty service
- Has a Masters Degree in Business
- Was the owner of a boat building business
Nancy:
- Was a public school teacher for 12 years, certified to teach in 6 states, including 4 years as a second grade teacher in Virginia Beach.
- Worked as a DOD civilian employee for 9 years for the Navy Mid-Atlantic Region Child Development Program
